研究领域:

植物来源天然产物的分子合成途径、天然产物的生物合成、基因组学



研究兴趣与方向:

植物来源天然产物如青蒿素、吗啡、长春花碱等,在医药领域有着广泛的应用,也是中国传统中药发挥功能的有效成分。本课题组主要关注植物来源天然产物的生物合成,具体包括:1、结合基因组学、生物信息分析,研究我国珍稀药用植物的基因组和分子进化、挖掘植物次生代谢相关基因;2、利用生物化学和分子生物学手段,解析药用植物中有效成分的分子合成途径;3、将天然产物的分子合成途径转嫁到微生物、模式植物底盘,开发高效的生物合成平台。
